Symptoms - Damage
The damage of Tetranychus urticae on zucchini and squash is manifested by the appearance of tiny chlorotic spots more or less scattered on the leaf blade (Figures 1 to 4). The latter gradually turns yellow and takes on a dull color .
During severe attacks, some leaves may turn yellow (Figure 5), wilt and dry out.
A characteristic, delicate silky webs are visible within the plant canopy, for example on the leaves (figure 6), along the stem (figure 7) ...
