Bedbugs

This ripe fruit reveals numerous irregular and chlorotic lesions. The larva of <i> Nezara viridula </i> that can be distinguished is at the origin. <b> Bedbugs </b> (bugs)
The consequences of <b> bedbug </b> bites are very spectacular on this fruit. Large dark lesions in the form of a diffuse chlorotic ring are visible around each of the bite marks.
The visible damage on this fruit is characteristic of that caused by <b> bedbugs </b> on ripe fruits: tiny chlorotic bites around which the tissues are deeply damaged; white spongy areas altering the internal tissues of the pericarp.
